How much does a Careless and Improper Driving Ticket cost in Missouri?

A relative of mine is headed to court today because he got a ticket for doing doughnuts in a parking lot. The ticket is for Careless and Improper Driving. Does anyone have any idea how much this is going to cost him?

Yeahh, it's normal!! Don't worry. Girls have different days that their period last for. My period last long (6 days) but people I know had their period when they were 18 years old and it only lasted 3-4 days. So it's all normal. Hope this helped!! :D

I don't want to spend a lot of money I was thinking within 100-150 range. I was thinking about just buying a magnaflow muffler and having a shop install it. But I'm not sure what kind of a sound difference this would make and would it be worth it? Have any experience yourself let me know. And also I wondered if it would change my emissions, like make it harder on smog testing.
