Could these be fire ants?

you could give them an ant repellent products. U could use black pepper powder, it makes the ant feels hot and will not go there. put it inside their anthill. Put it everywhere and around the holes of ur house so that they could not enter it. Put as many as u can inside the anthill. It works but the ants can't die because of that so a terminator is needed.
