NFL players criminal records--up or down?

I think it went down and I would invent a rule if you get caught up in gang thing or drug thing, u should be never allowed to play ball in NFL!!! Never!!! Like Vick, I hope he will never comeback to NFL and will work till the rest of his life in McDonald's!!!!
