54 days since last period, BFN, but feeling sick?

I had my last period on August 22, then had bleeding on September 3 and 4th, it was lite then again bleeding on the 7th, which I went to the gyn and they said everything looked ok, they did a l ultrasound and everything looked normal no abnormalities. But today is October 14th and nothing. I have been nauseous and throwing up more in the evening,but nauseas all day or acid coming up . I do not have my gallbladder and no acid reflux problems before, never throwu unless I was really realy sick or hungover, lol Has anyone else had this? We are TTC, I have a normal 31 day cycle and are regular there.. My BBT has been 98.30-98.88 since Saturday. HPT was BFN. I am now 54 days since my last AF. I talked to dr.'s office today and they were going to prescribe me Provera but I told the nurse that I have been throwing up for almost 3 weeks now. I am really bumbed I finally started to believe I might be preggers, but I guess something else is going on. Anyone else had something similar.
