What's the best college in NC?

I am looking for a best on-line college in NC that offers photo journalism or animal studies that includes horses. So any ideas? I live in NC and I need to know about the colleges of NC. Or do they offer any music cles that deals with Pop music? My dream job is being a Pop Star and I need music cles to write my own songs. I need info so I can start looking into colleges.
