In Second Life, i have problems concerning teleporting to different regions!?

In Second Life, i have problems concerning teleporting to different regions instead of the current one i am in, i am on the teen grid, i dont know if i need a premium account or i have to be an adult. i doubt thats the case but anyway when i go on second life and try to go to a location like for example sculptie paradise or some other region it say it cant take me there or there some other crap like. i really wanna explore new places but i cant. please help!
