Im looking to get a job at 13 but will be 14 in early june?

ok so i was hoping to get a job in the summer and i want some help on where to apply or who hires at 14 now im about 2 mins from a tim hortons also theres a mcdonalds in the area now i was hoping to work there im a male so im not goin to babysit or do newspaper but i need some money my dad works wrather high up in a waste company and can get me a job but he said i cant drive obviously and i cant work too close to them for safety reasons so he said if i get any ideas worth minimum wage then he would be able to hire me so any ideas??
