4 month old has a hard time taking a bottle, he can't get a good suction tires quickly,can't hold onto pacy

My baby makes a noise while eating because he can't get a good suction on the nipple and cannot hold a pacifier in his mouth. I'm looking for allternative bottle and a pacifier. He struggles while taking his bottle therefore doesn't finish it and has to eat more frequently. If he had a pacifier he could hold in his mouth I feel it would help sooth him when he get's frustrated, tired, ect.
