Can I get HIV from this..?

Hi. I have had a boyfriend for the past year. We recently did without a condom. Neither of us have HIV or STDs but after , I noticed today I was bleeding from my rectum. I could of torn something during , but if it was already torn down there and he came in me, is there a chance I can get HIV from his semen? I know its a stupid question, but just curious. Neither of us have HIV or AIDS but just curious if me having a tear down rthere (if i did beforehand) and his semen getting into it, could cause it.
