For those who gripe about people living on welfare...?

...did you know that for every penny the government spends on social welfare, they spend $100 on corporate welfare? Why do I rarely hear anyone lament over that. I hear many conservatives and liberals bellyaching non-stop about poor people living on welfare and ensuring their kids don't go to bed hungry every night. Why aren't folks up in arms about colossal subsidies to large corporations like Haliburton, Lockheed Martin, and the Carlisle Group? Why don't more people moan about large CEO's getting severance pay when their businesses go bankrupt? Why do we marginalize the needy but encourage the greedy?
