He's a player.. what should i do? PLEASE HELP?

i met this guy last week, we kissed and he got my number. he is the player type and im pretty sure all he's after is , and he is not going to get that from me. he lives 30ish min away and he told my friend that when he comes back to visit, he wants to ask me out. i feel like i am leading him on when i talk to him but i don't want a relationship with him. he is a fun guy so i do want to stay friends, but i do not know how to tell him that. i need a way to tell him that im not going to sleep with him because then he will probably rethink asking me out... or tell me any other suggestions:)
