How can i fix restaurant city after bad hack?

i tried to do a few hacks using cheat engine and RC tools v.3 when i installed the hacks my experience points went down to negative and then the game crashed now i can't get into restaurant city it always starts at the beginning and when i hire the first two people to hire at the restaurant i start with all my friends that i hired before i hacked it and when i click on the check mark on the person i hired it says restaurant is fully functional and everything the comes the error---we're currently unable to establish a connection to restaurant city,click here to retry,if you receive this error often,please visit our FAQ.
