Is there any doctors or nurses on here please?

i have a discharge, yellow in colour, i have had all the tests done for infections etc and they all came back clear, my husband was a bit a few weeks ago, although he said he hasnt had with anyone else (he swore on his childrens life, and we made a pact never to be unfaithful) I am getting checked out for chlamidia, just to put my mind at rest. could there be another reason for this discharge, the doctor said it wasnt an allergic reaction to soap or anything. I dont have a cervix as I had a hysterectomy and I am 53, could it be serious like l cancer, please help if you have medical knowledge, thanks in advance
