Laproscopic wound not healing?

I have been operated for appendicitis six months ago by laproscopic method. But still some pus is coming out from the three areas where laproscopic holes are made. I'm applying antiseptic cream daily and the skin closes after sometime. But later the skin opens and some amount of pus is coming out. Pl give me a remedy.
