Middle pair in 3-bet pot- whats the plan?

Your question was too long so I didn't read it but I hate small pairs like 7's, 8's etc. Pretty much any pair flopped is going to beat you. I normally go all in right away. Make someone hope to catch something and take all their hcips or have everyone go out not wanting to go all in hoping for a card and take the blinds.
