Simple sleeveless dress? Under 30$?!?

Our school has a semi-formal dance and the theme is masquerade. I am looking for a short simple sleeveless dress that i can dress up with accessories and a glitzy mask. Have any ideas? Websites would be good and please don't say Kohls or JCPenny cause i already tryed that..
