Upper respiratory problem for guinea pig?

i not sure if she has it but this is what i've noticed. She breathes very heavily but is not obese, im not sur eif its crusty eyes but kind of seems liek it. I know these r signs of it but she eats and drinks nromally so im not sure if she has it or not. plessee help! and i plan on taking he rto the vet as soon as possible!
