Want girl advice please.?

Ok theres this girl i like that just so happens to be my 3rd or 4th cousin is this even ok to like her when were distant cousins? And what should i do hang out with her and talk to her and approach her like i would any other girl id like? And i dont know really know her. And if she has a boyfriend what should i do wait and show her im better than her boyfriend while she is dating her boyfriend? And stay out of the friend zone? And what if she isnt interested in me should i try and get her interested? and how do i get her interested? And btw we have never talked before in our lives. a few eye contacts she will get nervous and look away. And i read biologically and legally its fine. so what should i do? And its not like its 1st or 2nd cousins we have no blood relation. And we didnt grow up together different last names and all. But like i said if she isnt really interested would i try and get her interested by talking to her? and like i said were are not blood related and ive talked it over with my family they say its ok because theres no blood relation. So i was kind aviewing this as nothing wrong with it because of theres no blood there. And legally and biologicly its fine. And i get out alot and im 16 so please comment.
