What is hindering Amare Stoudemire from being considered one of the best power forawrds in the league?

No one regards him as one of the best , and although I agree Tim Duncan, and Garnett ae phenomenal, Amare is just equal to their skill. Amare is unstoppable when in the paint, quicker than Duncan, and a bit more athletic than Garnett, meaning he can dunk on just about anyone when in momentum rolling towards the basket. In addition, unlike his rookie days, he has now developed a bit of a mid range game, much like Garnett, Boozer, and Duncan. Do you consider Stoudemire a top 3 PF in today's league?
