What Will A Doctor Do If You Think You Have A Yeast Infection?

For a bit now ive been having burning feelings in my virgina. But its not everyday in fact it only comes around like 2 times every two weeks. I sort of want to go to the doctor cause I think its a yeast infection. What will a doctor do if you think you have a yeast infection?
