Which graphics card? and tv card?

I really don't know how much money that is, is that pounds or something. Anyway if you only have PCI and AGP slots then use an AGP slot for your Graphics Card don't use PCI. You can sell your old one to increase the amount of money you have for a new one. I would suggest looking into an Nvidia card, ATI sucks.
