San andreas mod help?

well i got this san andreas mod, shehroz's GT mod the problem is that the mod gets stuck a lot i tried this crash fixer patch but the problem is that the game does still get stuck a bit and all of a sudden it says there is a problem with the game it says press yes to terminate or no to debug, but what do you recommend should i look for a another patch if yes which one and which website should i go to or should i just install the cars one by one with the mod installer if so which one and what website?
