Jamed? fractured? broken finger?

I got into an argument with somebody in my computer room, and i ended up punching this wooden thing, and then a couple sec later i swung my right hand to the side and hit this crappy wooden door and put a hole in it. when i went up to my room i looked at my hand and my Pinkie Knuckle started to swell. now my entire pinkie is swollen along with the knuckle and almost to my wrist. i can move my pinkie down a little bit until it starts to hurt really bad. i can not move it up or to the side or it hurts really bad. What is wrong with it?
